Therapeutic massage is specifically tailored to help you recover from an injury, reduce pain, and improve your overall physical and mental health. It is a form of bodywork that uses various techniques to manipulate the body’s soft tissues, such as the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to help reduce tension, improve circulation, and promote healing.

Therapeutic massage is typically used to treat specific medical conditions, such as:

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Arthritis

  • Chronic pain

  • Insomnia

  • Inflammation

  • Migraine and other headaches

  • Prenatal

  • Postoperative care

  • Scar tissue

  • Soft tissue strains and injuries

  • Sports injuries

  • Temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders

Massage can also be used to improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Your massage treatment will be tailored to your individual needs, based on your medical history and physical condition. Techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and other modalities.
